Final Release Options Listing

This Options Listing is being released with our Promo Pack of TLView.
The entire viewer was compiled and written in Turbo Pascal 7.0 by
Orange Juice, with some revisions and effects added on by Smooth.
1 - New Graphic Interface by Smooth.
2 - Directory Listing created on the fly and no need for a
premade list of ANSis in a text file. SAUCE comment compatibility
with thanks to ACiD for their Source.
3 - If we can implement it - TLView will be able to view RiP screens.
4 - Be able to view PCX VGA drawings and screens.
5 - Will be released in TekLordZ ANSi packs during their release.
Updated Viewers will be packed with the most current pack.
