Your first question is probably, why?. Well, StormWatch was created to
fill a void -- this void being a quality art based Net that can maintain a
high standard of quality. It seems that lately, every Net that has art as
its basis either is, or becomes so lame that it isnt even worth carrying.
This Net was created to bring together all the quality art boards in North
America. We will only support the larger/higher quality art groups, so if
your group wants a base, show us that you deserve it. This doesnt mean that
you cant get a base if your group doesnt maintain a high profile, it just
means that you should let your work speak for itself. Well, there really
isnt much to say at this moment so, lates.

PS. Please excuse the look of this pack. Aphex and I got pulled into an ACiD
Teleconference the night this was supposed to come out so we didnt get to
work on it as much as we wished. Net pack will be better...

Its the first day of the new year, and this is the second StormWatch pack
in the past week. As you can see if you had the first netpack, this one is a
large improvement. Thanks to everyone whos helped us out during the initial
start-up period, and Id especially like to give Corwin a lot of credit for
co-ordinating this whole project. Our various headquarters have been selected
and are as follows:
eastern hub WHQ - /mber - Corwin of Amber 914
canadian hub CHQ - The Twisted Tower - Elminster, Aphex Twin 905
central hub - Paradise Lost - Jabberwocky 216
western hub - Channel Zer0 - Beastie
All the hubs are active, and we have some of the nodes polling. It looks
like everything is coming together nicely. New nodes will be added as time
goes by, but we will be limiting the number of node numbers given out at any
one time so as to eliminate any major hassles.
Well be going through applications as we recieve them, and we WILL check
references, as well as log into most of the boards.

all the major hassles in getting it out. Also, please read README.NOW for
for important info on the delays...
