Notes from 2mStone: RioT is NOT dead!!! : Thats right, were alive and kicking.... The
group took a break for a while, mainly because I was too busy to be
involved I got married and got a new job, but now Im back and ready to again take the reins! :
At last, RioT has come to release yet ANOTHER pak!! With this release comes several changes to the group. First and foremost is the strictness
whereas QC and inactivity is concerned. The biggest changes in this area
will be noticed in the next pack. Second is the naming convention being
used on the packs. In the past we have used the month and year convention IE: RIOTMMYY RIOT1198. We are now using the release number format.
IE: RIOT- RIOT-019.
Another big change is that I have allowed someone else to help me with
assembling a pak. Precious Metal contacted all the members and
retrieved all of their submissions for me. Thanx a ton pm. :
We have stopped using two info files, one for members, and one for news and cut it down to one as you should see.
We have our own URL! Check it at http://www.riot.bc.ca. Its TONS
faster then the URLs of the past, and theres even gonna be a page
update done soon!
We have a couple guest appearances!
The first of these is from teeare The Reaper of purg!logos.
He did us up a kick-ass ascii! Thnx mang. :
The second guest appearance is from OiPunk, also of purg!logos. He did
an awesome hi-res for us. Thnx a bunch dood!
There was SUPPOSED to the another appearance from Scrye of Sense, but
he got too busy to finish up his part of our joint, so I released it as
I had it. Aw well, maybe next time Scrye. :b
Thats about it for me, go look at some art!

I have voluntered to help out 2m with the admin stuff of the RioT
packs. We are gonna be cleaning house a bit more. All inactive
members will be shot on site not really. If youve been deleted,
from the member list, submit some work and we will re-add you to
the list. All submissions must be received by the 10th of the month
to be included in the next pack. If youd like to join, fill out the
app generator and send it in to either 2m or myself.
