boo! heh. with all that happened to toon in its history,
im just glad to
announce that we are STILL alive. bettering our quality co
ntrol and how the
group is run, will hopefully impress you people of the art
scene. we are one
of the most underated groups in the scene which is fine ...
but hopefully you
guys enjoy our pack. lets skip this part ... i hate writi
ng it
departing members?!
yes. chalorikvga leaves because of per
sonal situations which is upto him
if he wants to say or not ... but toon wishes him the best
in the future. also
ive did a little summer cleaning and cut off the dead weig
ht on toon. that
means that rage and new school are no
longer a part of toon. if you guys are
still interested in the group you will have to re-apply. t
o the rest of the
toonster ... keep fit and have fun!

a nice month this time... firstly satanic rhythm
joins the vga department
coming from the local area 905/416. from dark, nootr
opic joins senior
staff, ansi and ascii. we look forward to his acceptance.
another artist
who was brought to attention is epoxy of the 519
london, ont area. we are
very glad to welcome his talent into the ascii department.
also his friend
agent77 joins the ansi department. locally too
n discovers the enigma, who
shall improve the strength in the ansi department. hOl
ocaust isnt new but
is lord havok. to clear things up

yes to my knowledge, ee wasnt in the last pack an
d to this i say ... i was
busy! completely forgot ... ummmm the idea maybe scrapped .
.. and maybe be
brought back later on once we completely settle in.

well toon is still in the process of setting up its
toonbot. but not to say
that the channel toon is not dead. toon is going to be a
ctive but needs
people to join it!!! hint well youll see me on it if oth
ers are too ....
so if you on irc and need anything ... toon is the way to
go heh.
senior staff?!
yup im bring it back, along with co-ordinators. si
nce the voting on new
applicants was taking to long to do as a group, i decided t
o make it the
seniors voting. also co-ordinators will be chosen, and wil
l be the ones
that are the best in their department. if someone new outs
tands the old
co-ordinator that person will be the new one. they will be
in charge of
submissions and say what goes in the pack, to make the qual
ity control a LOT
better and your viewing pleasure even the more merrier.
distro sites and hqs
we toon are not accepting distro sites or hqs any
more. all that we need
right now are applications for ahq american head quaters.
if you run a
board in the states and want to become the ahq then fill ou
t the application
and send it to riak.
final note on merging
ok toon was once again close to merging with grip bu
t the deal is closed and
we are NOT merging. also saga came to us ... groups with t
alent yet as ld
put it ... merges just wreck groups, and I and my group
do not wanna see
toon die. therefore we have decided not to merge at all.

ame and it is STILL the

drop it off here riak. also toons town is in the 519 a/c
and run by atoon
member chromium. riak is currently private and will soon
