shortly before a large crossing - you will find turmstrasse on the right stop your car in turmstrasse and try to find a parking-slot if you have come to the end of turmstrasse without finding one turn left at the crossing and - just some meters later - right on the parking ground take your stuff and go into the location after you have checked in you have to drive your car to bend-platz a large and free parking ground in k hlwetterstrasse Parking is not allowed neither in turmstrasse nor on the parking ground opposite of the theatersaal if you should happen not to have much equipment simply drive to bendplatz (kuehlwetterstrasse) and park there for those who didn t get it there will be signs guiding to the location just as last year a map is available on our homepage and will be included with the next official infofile train if you re coming by train exit aachen hauptbahnhof from there on you have to take the bus the bus-station you will find right when you exit the station every 15 minutes lines 3 and 13 will take you to the location (do not cross the street or you will go in the wrong direction) after 20 minutes the bus will stop at ponttor exit the bus turn towards the crossing and turn left then on the other side of the road you will find the sign mensa the location of the evoke another solution could be to exit aachen west from the station go to inzestrasse turn left and you will find the mensa-sign again prefer this solution if you don t have lots of equipment and if you find a train which stops directly at aachen west in any case please contact dv8 for more information in some cases we could catch you from any of the mentioned stations plane try to book a trip to maastricht-aachen other airports could be luettich koeln bonn or duesseldorf in every case please contact the organizers more info either check out or homepage or wait for the forthcoming versions of this infofile for more information on aachen you can contact the verkehrsverein bad aachen at acinfo@t-online de __ (------- ----------------------------------------- sponsors ---------) as for the moment we have three companys to support evoke still we are in close contact to some major hard- and software producers micrografx micrografx donated a copy of their windows draw 6 thanx scala scala are going to donate two copies of their wonderful multimedia-system called scala multimedia mm200 we are going use this program to show announcements on the bigscreen by the way softcom just as last year they offer bandwith and capacity for our webpage take a look at their site at http www softcom de __ (------- ----------------------------------------- competition ---------) besides meeting friends it s the compos that make us come to parties like evoke some things about the compo went really wrong last year we don t want to beautify this as we hope to have learned from our faults we made some changes to the rules for example there will be 100% public voting and -
