This is very simple to use. If you have a mouse you can use that and click
on only the yellow words which are Links. You can also use your mouse
to scroll the WHOLE page. just goto the top of the screen or the bottom
with the mouse. If you dont have a mouse you must use the tab key to get
around, and the arrow keys to scroll the page.
The up down arrow keys scroll the page, along with pagedown/pageup/home/end
controlpgdn/pgup/end/home, and the leftarrow key AND the right mouse
button will return you from a link that you are currently on, or quit.
If you experience problems with your mouse you type NWS-XXXX.exe /nomouse
that will disable the mouse.
