Several slight changes have been made to the group. First off,
one of our senior members, Wiggley, has left for Malice, so we
bid farewell to him. To replace his place will be DJZ, another
member who has proven himself capable of holding this position.
We have also accepted a few new members we welcome ZoRM, Lurch,
Reap, Hangman and Neurosis into the group. We have also now
established our internet hq, Aircastle, and many thanks goes to
Speedoman for quitting Masters/Ace/Demolition/Distinct to be a
powerful addition to our group.
If you are looking to apply to Digital Traders, make sure you
have our application generator, and fill it out. There are slots
open for the following positions :
1. Board Couriers - Dedicated consistent couriers who could move
15+ megs a day to their assigned boards.
2. I-Net Couriers - Fast couriers who could move 20+ megs a day to
their assigned sites. They must also be able
to offer on irc if requested to do so.
3. Artists/Coders - Quality artists who are able to draw on demand
and must have experience in ansi/ascii/vga.
Quality coders who can do loaders or other
group programs on demand. Must have experience
4. Multinode Sites - Multi-node boards who are wishing to become
affiliated to DGt must have a sysop that is
willing to commit some of their time to the
group. All of our sysops are currently
contributing to the success of the group.
FTP Sites on the internet who are wishing to
become trading sites for our couriers must
also have site-ops who are willing to commit
some of their time to the group. They must
also have a fast 50kb/s+ transfer rate.
5. Headquarters - Fast multinode US/European boards who want to
become headquarters for DGt. Their sysops MUST
be very active in helping the group to become
much better.
We would much prefer our applicants to not be in any other groups
except for DGt and the elite groups of the scene. If there are
any questions, you could ask one of our senior members.
You can get our application generator from any one of our members
in dgt, or by sending e-mail to one of our senior staff. Fill it
out, and rename the file your nick-TRAD.APP, and send it to
Silent Mobius in DGt on irc. If you have any questions on
application, you can also contact Silent Mobius on irc.
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if youre
accepted into our trial period or not.
NOTE : this is to all members/non-members, you MUST keep in CLOSE
contact with us, and MUST always be active to stay in the
group. I will not hesitate to take you off the .NFO at any

DGt supports the idea that couriers should be rated not only by
talent in couriering, but rather by loyalty, respect and pride
to be in a group. If they join a group, they should stick to the
group until it becomes inactive or dead, instead of the many
people who jump from group to group within a few days...
P.S. : You should read the article by Darwin on Group Loyalty in
Inquisition 10 it really makes sense.
